The economy
The steel structure uses advanced design and processing technology as well as large production methods to significantly reduce costs. Traditional reinforced concrete buildings have high construction costs and long construction time. Costs are easily attributed to unexpected factors, such as natural disasters, winter construction and rainy seasons, and rising material prices.
Building Program

The structural weight of a steel structure is usually equal to 1/6 of its bearing capacity. The weight of the parts is much lighter than reinforced concrete parts.
In traditional reinforced concrete structures, the weight of the structure is usually proportional to the carrying capacity of the load, and the prefabricated parts are heavy, requiring high lifting equipment.
Basic costs
Due to the light structure of the steel structure, the reaction power below the column is small, which saves a lot of base treatment costs.
Traditional reinforced concrete buildings have complex foundation repairs due to their sophisticated weight. More than half of the building cost will be spent on a low-lying foundation.
Resistance to shock
The structures of the steel structure have significant defects before destruction, which are easy to detect and avoid. At the same time, due to the lightweight and mechanical properties of the joints, the steel structure has excellent seismic activity.
Traditional reinforced concrete structures are based on concrete materials. Compared with simple steel structures, reinforced concrete structures are more likely to fail, and their earthquake performance is much lower than that of steel structures.
Large area and floor plan
The interior of the steel structure is open, with a height of up to 60m. It can be expanded and rebuilt easily, and various pipelines in the industry can be laid in a flexible manner.
The height of reinforced concrete structures is limited, and compression technology should be used to reach a height of more than 15m. The internal space structure is limited, and there are many columns and a large amount of space wasted. After its completion, it becomes even more difficult to convince its structure. The design of the building is very complex in conjunction with other functions.
Travel
The bolts can connect the metal structure structure, and can be easily disassembled, transferred, and easily assembled without much expense, and have a strong mobility. There are basically no opportunities for movement in traditional reinforced concrete structures.
