Precautions for Cabinet Loading of Steel Structure Materials

    2021.03.05 / by hqt / Tags: Share

6 Things to Pay Attention to when Loading Steel Structure Materials

In the process of packing and packing the steel structure, we should pay attention to the following six points:

    (1) Small parts and spare parts in steel structure products (generally referring to mounting bolts, washers, connecting plates, joint angles, etc.) should be boxed or bundled, and a packing list should be provided. The box number, serial number, component name, gross weight, net weight and other relevant information should be marked on the box.

    (2) Iron boxes are generally used in field projects. The box body is welded with steel plates and is not easy to loose the box. At the installation site, the box body steel plates can be used as installation pads and temporary fixing parts. The outer shell of the box body should be welded with lifting lugs.

    (3) The box body of the wooden box should be firm and rainproof, and there should be forklift holes underneath the sleepers that can bear the total weight of the box. The two ends of the sleepers should be cut into inclined planes for tying or transporting. The weight is generally not more than 1T.

    (4) Bundling is generally used to transport slender components that are relatively close, such as the rods of the net frame, the brace of the roof truss, etc. The weight of each bundle in the strapping should not be too large, and the sling should not be directly tied to the wire.

    (5) The packaging should be carried out after the coating is dried. The packaging should protect the component coating from damage and ensure that the components and parts are not deformed, lost, or damaged.

    (6) Steel structure products are installed immediately after production. Small parts and spare parts can be directly tied to the required parts of the steel structure without packing them, but they must be tied firmly or fixed with bolts, and will not affect the transportation and installation.

All in all, it is necessary to make reasonable use of space in the export packing process of the steel structure. For ordinary steel columns and steel beams, loading is relatively simple, but for non-standard special-shaped steel components, it is not as simple as we imagined. Protect the components from being damaged or crushed, and we also need to figure out how to save cabinets.

For non-standard components, due to their irregularity, a reasonable layout plan is required, reasonable packing, and the deployment of boxes under the condition of protecting the safety of the components. If the components are flattened, deformed, etc., the materials may be scrapped and cannot be installed on-site. Therefore, the steel structure export container must be safe.

Steel frame systems are becoming increasingly popular in the construction and engineering world due to their many advantages. They are a great choice for any project due to their strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. In this blog, we'll explore the many benefits of steel frame systems and how they can be used to create a strong, safe, and cost-effective structure. Introduction to Steel Frame Systems Steel frame systems are a type of building system that uses steel members to create a strong and reliable structure. Steel frame systems are becoming an increasingly popular choice in the construction industry due to their many advantages. These systems are often used in commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Steel frames are strong and durable, making them ideal for withstanding the wear and tear of everyday use. In addition, they are cost-effective, easy to install, and require minimal maintenance. Steel frame systems are made up of several components, including steel beams, columns, trusses, and purlins. These components are connected together to form a strong and reliable structure. Steel frames are often used in the construction of buildings, bridges, towers, and other large structures. They are also often used in the construction of stairs, mezzanines, and other smaller structures. Benefits of Steel Frame Systems Steel frame systems offer many benefits to building owners and contractors. They are strong and durable, making them ideal for withstanding the wear and tear of everyday use. In addition, they are cost-effective and easy to install, making them a great choice for any project. Here are some of the benefits of steel frame systems: Strength and Durability: Steel frame systems are strong and durable, making them ideal for withstanding the wear and tear of everyday use. Steel frames are also resistant to fire, water, and other elements, making them a great choice for any project. Easy Installation: Steel frame systems are easy to install and require minimal maintenance. This makes them a great choice for any project, as they can be installed quickly and efficiently. Cost-Effectiveness: Steel frame systems are cost-effective, making them a great choice for any budget. Steel frame systems are also recyclable, making them an eco-friendly choice. Versatility: Steel frame systems are versatile and can be used in a variety of applications. They can be used in the construction of buildings, bridges, towers, and other large structures. In addition, they can also be used in the construction of stairs, mezzanines, and other smaller structures. Safety: Steel frame systems are strong and reliable, making them a great choice for any project. Steel frames are also resistant to fire, water, and other elements, making them a safe choice for any structure. Types of Steel Frame Systems Steel frame systems come in a variety of types and sizes, making them ideal for any project. Here are some of the most common types of steel frame systems: Light Gauge Steel: Light gauge steel frame systems are lightweight and easy to install. They are ideal for residential and commercial applications. Heavy Gauge Steel: Heavy gauge steel frame systems are strong and durable, making them ideal for industrial applications. Steel Trusses: Steel trusses are ideal for long-span applications. They are also easy to install and require minimal maintenance. Steel Beams: Steel beams are strong and reliable, making them ideal for any project. They are also easy to install and require minimal maintenance. Steel Columns: Steel columns are strong and reliable, making them ideal for any project. They are also easy to install and require minimal maintenance. Steel Frame System Design Considerations When designing a steel frame system, there are several considerations to keep in mind. These considerations include the type of steel frame system to use, the size of the steel frame system, the type of connection to use, and the type of foundation to use. Here are some of the most important design considerations for steel frame systems: Type of Steel Frame System: The type of steel frame system to use should be determined based on the application. Light gauge steel frame systems are ideal for residential and commercial applications, while heavy gauge steel frame systems are ideal for industrial applications. Size of Steel Frame System: The size of the steel frame system should be determined based on the application. The size of the steel frame system should be large enough to provide the necessary strength and support for the structure. Type of Connection: The type of connection to use should be determined based on the application. Steel frames can be connected using welds, bolts, or rivets. Type of Foundation: The type of foundation to use should be determined based on the application. The type of foundation to use will depend on the type of steel frame system and the application. Steel Frame System Installation and Maintenance Steel frame systems are easy to install and require minimal maintenance. The installation process typically involves attaching the steel frame components to the foundation, adding the necessary connections, and installing the necessary components. Maintenance typically involves inspecting the steel frame components for any signs of wear and tear, making repairs as needed, and painting the steel frame components as needed. Steel Frame System Cost Steel frame systems are generally cost-effective, making them a great choice for any budget. The cost of steel frame systems depends on the type of steel frame system, the size of the steel frame system, and the type of connection to use. Steel frames are also recyclable, making them an eco-friendly choice. Steel Frame System Durability and Longevity Steel frame systems are strong and durable, making them ideal for withstanding the wear and tear of everyday use.
